Planning
Several exams. One workable plan.
Turn overlapping deadlines into specific study tasks and a realistic calendar.
THE SHORT ANSWER
Start by listing the work for each exam. Then place the tasks inside the hours you actually have, beginning with the closest deadline. Keep some time for practice questions and changes to the plan.

A practical method
Give each exam a task list
Use the syllabus and your teacher’s guidance to identify the topics. Write tasks you can finish: solve a set of equations, explain one model, or answer a past-paper question. A course name alone is too broad to schedule.
Estimate before you commit
Time one representative task. Use that observation to estimate the rest, and include checking your answer. If a task is unfamiliar, use a cautious estimate and revise it after the first session.
Protect the important dates
Write down exam dates and any days you cannot study. Allocate work before each deadline. A plan that only balances the total hours can still leave an early exam unfinished.
Review and adjust
Finish a session by recording what was completed and what still needs work. Replan the unfinished tasks instead of silently moving everything into tomorrow. Leave review time visible in the calendar.
A worked example
Example: you have a statistics exam in 4 days and biology in 8 days. Four statistics tasks at 30 minutes need 2 hours. Six biology tasks at 25 minutes need 2.5 hours. With 45 minutes available per day, both may fit overall; statistics must still be completed before day 4. Our planner checks deadlines as well as the total.
A common pitfall
A timetable filled with long blocks labelled ‘revision’ can hide an impossible workload. Give the blocks tasks, and check the nearest deadline first.
Put it into practice
Enter the exam dates, task counts and your available minutes in the multi-exam planner. Treat its output as a draft to adjust.
